OUR APPROACH

Human-Led PA School Admissions Advising

Your application should sound like you.

PA school applicants increasingly have access to templates, automated feedback, and AI-generated advice. PA Acceptance Lab takes a different approach.

We get to know the person behind the application. Your experiences, goals, strengths, concerns, and voice inform the guidance you receive.

No generic formulas. No AI-generated feedback. Just thoughtful, individualized guidance from people who understand PA admissions.

START EARLY. APPLY STRATEGICALLY.

Build a Stronger PA School Application—Before CASPA Opens

The strongest PA school applications are years in the making.

From prerequisite planning and GPA strategy to patient care experience, shadowing, leadership, and choosing where to apply, the decisions you make before CASPA opens can shape the strength of your future application.

And with 34,625 applicants competing for 12,636 matriculant seats during the 2024–2025 application cycle, thoughtful preparation matters.

Pre-PA advising gives you the opportunity to identify strengths, address potential gaps, and make more strategic decisions before it is time to apply.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Meet Sarah, PA-C

Clinician. Advisor. Mentor.

Sarah is a practicing physician assistant (PA-C) with more than a decade of clinical experience and a longtime passion for helping future PAs find their way into the profession.

She founded PA Acceptance Lab to offer the kind of admissions guidance she believes applicants deserve: thoughtful, highly individualized, and grounded in a real understanding of the PA profession. Alongside a team of PA advisors with admissions committee experience, Sarah helps applicants look beyond checklists and formulas to build an application strategy around their own experiences, strengths, and goals.

Her approach is personal by design. As a PA, mentor, and mom, Sarah understands that becoming a PA is about more than building a competitive application. It’s a years-long journey shaped by countless academic, professional, and personal decisions—and having the right person in your corner can make those decisions feel a lot clearer.

If Sarah had taken a different path, she jokes that she probably would have been a pre-health advisor. With PA Acceptance Lab, she gets to bring both worlds together.

SUCCESS STORIES

  • "By the time I walked into my interview, I felt confident enough to simply be myself and connect with the faculty because I had already done the preparation."
